The picture below is a Mediterranean style home that was built in central Idaho near Sun Valley. The builder was Patagonia - Idaho Homes. A brief summary of the interior and exterior of the home is listed below.

Exterior of Home
      The exterior is composed of a natural limestone color to create highlights and shading with old world stucco. The stucco is composed of ArcusStone, a stone application composed of limestone and cement. The ArcusStone is used to mimic a limestone application. The windows are vinyl and the two-story home is approximately 5600 square feet with a three car garage on the side.

      All the porches are decorative stamp concrete and the front door is custom made composed of knotty alder with seated glass and wrought iron inserts. The home has a circular driveway and a pool. There is a terraced backyard and garden patio to imitate the Mediterranean lifestyle.

Interior of Home
      As you enter through the arched front door, the entryway a circular stairway is on the right hand side leading to the upstairs. The upstairs has a game room and a home theater center. The downstairs has a formal dining room with beamed ceilings and a high ceiling living room with a large precast fireplace. The family room has a stone fireplace that leads to a large gourmet kitchen with built in appliances and cabinetry. Next to the kitchen outside in the patio is a barbecue area.
